• I have used the following camera techniques, Mid-shot, longshot and a match on action.
  • I used these techniques to create a sense of emotion that would cause the audience to be captivated by the story. A mid-shot was used to show  Mark’s (Neo) reaction to receiving the sweater, whilst a longshot was used to show Patrice (Sophie) leaving the room in anger.
  • I have learnt to use the following continuity editing rule, don’t cut bits out. An example of this is if someone is sitting down don’t cut to them leaving the room straight after, you have to show them standing and walking towards the door then them opening the door. Some other editing rules that I have used are  SRS, match on action and the 180-degree rule.
  • I used these rules to show Patrice leaving her seat and walking to the closed door and opening it. I also used these rules to help to condense footage time down, whilst maintaining a sense of realism.
  • I have learnt to use the following tools/techniques in Premiere Pro, zoom and graphics.
  •  I used graphics in Premiere Pro to show the title of the video and the creators. I used zoom to show the audience the actor/actresses emotion.
  • If I was to do this project again I would do some things differently, such as I would include more camera shots, so that the clips could flow continually better.
