After looking at a variety of different songs on YouTube, I have picked my favourite song choice. This song is a very emotional song about a man who has had his heart broken by his girlfriend. I interpret this song to be a man who was wrong about what he thought love was and didn’t realise that love could be this painful. He is embarrassed because he thought he knew exactly what he was getting into

The narrative would include a male singer in the story and a female as it will have to be about a break up. Only the male will have moments of performance in the video as the song is more intimate and personal with the audience. It would show the male in confusion and sadness overlooking on the memories he had with his girlfriend before their break up

The break up could be shown to the audience through a close up of both their hands pulling apart which would represent their breakup and shows that it wasn’t an easy one

Another idea for the break up could be a close up of the couples past memories in the reflection of a lake or sea and then ends with the two people standing by each other and the woman slowly fades away into the air leaving only the man which connotes a break up and shows the mans loneliness
