Make sure that all of your pages are saved/exported on ONE PDF DOCUMENT i.e. 6 pages in ONE A4 DOCUMENT IN INDESIGN (create a new one and copy all your pages across to this one new document).

6 x A4 pages long

• 1 page – front cover
• double page – advert and contents
• double page – DPS
• 1 page – back advert

You can do this by using Control A (select all) Control G (group) Control C (copy) and Control V (paste).

Export the entire new document as one PDF.
