Draft 2 + The Contents Page

The contents page is a key part of capturing the audience. It displays the contents of the magazine which will determine whether the audience want to engage with the content or not. The contents page also shows the most important articles in a magazine and updates of regular content.

I asked one of my peers to give me some feedback on my contents page-

  • Mise-en-scene is appropriate for genre
  • Leading lines attract audience to key image
  • The title text matches the lipstick of the models below which adds a pop of colour
  • Included a wide array of artists to cater for a wider audience
  • Font could be more interesting

Targets for Development-

  • Using a font that is interesting but is still genre relevant
