Production Meeting Agenda for 1st Photo Shoot

Production Meeting Agenda

Before I even start my photo shoot for my music magazine I need to plan what kind of photos I want to take, who my model is and what I want my model to look like. The first step for this was to find some who would be willing to be my model is comfortable with having there photo taken and when we are both free to do the shoot. I decided to choose one of my friends Chloe as she has modeled for other friends in the past and, even though we don’t have many free lessons together we made it work. I booked out the White Room on Monday 16th November at lunch time as this suited both of us. I chose the White Room  as it was a plain solid colour that wouldn’t clash with the models outfit and would help me later on when cutting out my model on Photoshop. Next I completed this sheet below which covers pose, hair, makeup and costume I wanted to use for my model.

I think this task was very useful because I have a better plan for what I want my cover star to look like. If I hadn’t completed this task I would of been very confused as to what to do and what ideas to go with on the day. I also wouldn’t of had the chance to use one of the studio’s or use any of the professional equipment which makes a big difference.
