What is the document that you have uploaded?

In this document we created a group agreement which included each person in the group’s strengths and weaknesses and what we agree to do during the process of creating our music video. We then signed it off to show we have all read and agree with what is in group agreement.

In what ways will this discussion help you manage the project?

This discussion will help when managing the project as we have all agreed as to what is needed to achieve our main goal. We will also have a clearer idea as to what level of organisation is needed and the need for team work with sharing out the different roles.
