Production Meeting Agenda:

For the Production Meeting Agenda we stated our aims for our photoshoot. This included what types of shots we are going to be using, who our performer is and what we will need to bring. This will help us to be prepared so we don’t waste anytime while doing our shoot. After previous shoots we have done we have learnt from our mistakes and we are now prepared and know what we need to do.

Risk Assessment:

For the Risk Assessment we stated our date of our photoshoot as well as who are performer will be and any potential risks that could occur during this time. This will help us to be more aware of our surroundings and to make sure our teacher is aware of this as well.

Overall aims for our shoot:

For the shoot we aim to:

• Get as many shots as possible at all the different angles and distances so we have a variety and choice of shots to use.
• To use our props effectively so they are shown off
• To have a costume prepared so our mise-en-scene is shown off well
• Make sure our colour scheme is represented well throughout all of our shots
• To be prepared for the shoot – to have all props, costumes and equipment ready, and to know what shots we need to achieve by the end of the shoot
