For this task I went on padlet.com and had to find the different types of camera shots that are utilised within my music genre. In this instance I am doing the band called Cage The Elephant which is a group of people based on alternative rock. We looked at different music bands which have the same genre and conventions of Cage The Elephant. We notice that they utilise a lot of different editing and camera techniques to manipulate someones emotions, even if the individual watching the music video is unconsciously oblivious of the editing & camera shots meaning. These shots are also a plan of my shot list I will use for my groups performance shoot next week.
