Contact Sheet

The images that I have featured below are the pictures I took in the white room at school. I took about 35 pictures from different angles, different positions/poses and different shots. I then turned this into a contact sheet to show how all my images turned out in the end.

Images that may get featured

These three images are some of the images I may use in my magazine. I chose these images because I thought the way her arm is featured makes it more different and more of my model is featured. Even though the outfits are simple the glasses, I think, make a statement and really add to the look. this is another reason why I chose these images. My models hair also has a bit of volume to it which makes it more noticeable and bolder.

How will this task help me in the future?

I think this task was very useful and well needed as I now have a better understanding on how to use all the equipment correctly. This includes the white room studio, the lights and the DSLR camera. This will definitely help me when it comes to the real thing. It will help me to save time as I will already know what I am doing and help me to prevent making mistakes which is a good thing as the less problems the better!

This task also helped me in the sense of my creativity skills as with my photos and my design and allowed me to make my own images for my chosen genre. Also it has helped me to find out what poses, costumes and other features go well with the genre.
