Digipak Analysis:

To help us create our own digipak it was a good idea to analyse another professional digipak cover. This would help us to know what are they key aspects to include in our digipak as well as how to make it unique to others. I chose to analyse an album by ‘Dizzee Rascal’. During this task I looked in depth as to what the key conventions were in both the front and back covers an why these features were there.

This was a useful task to have as it has showed me the key conventions of an album cover and to think what what the conveyed messages of each convention are. It has given me a deeper knowledge and understanding as to what can make a good digipak and what I can do to make my design as effective as possible. It has also given me inspiration for when creating a digipak of my own.
