This will depend on the production role(s) you took during production.
You should write about what you learnt in at least one of these production roles.
- Screenwriting
- Director (blocking and notes to actors)
- Editing (editing for emotional impact and developing dramatic impact)
- Sound (foley, effects in audition and loops)
You will need some evidence from source material which you can summarize. You can use what’s in my blog
