Reflection

Moving forward we have recognised the few things we will need to add or improve for our next draft. We have planned to do another shoot heavily focusing on improving the narrative in the video, whilst editing it is clear we don’t have enough footage establishing the narrative for the music video, we also aim to film more close-up shots of the performer singing the lyrics as their is limited footage to fill the video at this point.

Colour correction will also be a focus for the next draft looking to link the colours in the video to the narrative. Another thing is to change the timing of the cuts in the clips, ultimately to keep the cuts on the beat of the music which is a conventional feature used in music videos.
