- Ensure you have about 12 – 15 case studies that cover all corners. Use the Case Study Index sheet that you were given and complete it. One case study could serve as evidence for several areas of discussion. Below is a list of the topics that your case studies should cover but, again, remember each case study should and could be used in several ways to illustrate a point.

- Remember to get some theory in too – Dyer – Star Image (extraordinary, ordinary, present, absent), Blumler and Katz (entertainment, information, social interaction, personal identity), Gauntlett (prosumers).
