Here, we had to complete the document above for this particular task. This displays all the information necessary for the shoot that will taken place and therefore we have all the details needed in one place. Furthermore, this table includes things like the shoot title, date of shoot, outline of the narrative, costumes/make-up and who is filming which sequences. All the details are listed in this well-presented document making it a more effective planning document.

This will enable us to be a lot more organised during the filming time and therefore we shall be able to gather a lot more footage. It will enable us to handle our time a lot more efficiently and so we will most definitely achieve the shots we hope for. Moreover, this document will also ensure that everything we need to brought to the beach and therefore we will have everything we need for filming the sequence.
